Founded by Bryan Keane, a native of the west coast of Ireland, who studied accounting and finance in university (Tralee Regional Technical College) with summers always involving some sort of construction project.
Bryan moved to California in the mid-nineties and immediately began working with a notable San Francisco construction company where he worked his way up through the ranks. He quickly honed his construction skillset on custom built home renovations to the level of a journeyman carpenter, and later foreman and Project manager.
Bryan was profoundly inspired by the Bay Area’s rich architectural style, as well as by the natural beauty of the region.
While working in the Bay Area’s high-end residential construction culture, he realized that a career as a General Contractor was his calling. In 2003 he earned his California State License Board General Contractors License (830244).
Bryan has spent the last sixteen years developing a reputation as a quality builder in the Bay Area while developing strategic and collaborative relationships with a team of highly regarded architects, engineers, designers and subcontractors.
